All you need to do is go to our donation page to submit your donation (use the form for a Credit Card donation, or send us a check at the address listed) along with an email sent to events@azcanti.org with the name of your birthday recipient. We will contact you to confirm the details of where to send the MP3 (email or text) and will prepare the special song for your loved one! Please allow 2 weeks (depending on the timing of your request and donation, and the volume of our requests, it could be shorter or longer than 2 weeks – we will do our best to accommodate your schedule).
